Due to our products being delivered immediately upon purchase to your email, refunds will not be issued for purchases by default.

If you feel a refund is necessary or otherwise justified, please contact the Maconi Setup Shop LLC directly to see if an exception can be made.

Refunds for subscriptions are, by default, not available. Access will remain available throughout the remainder of the paid-for period in all cases. Subscriptions are able to be created, managed, and canceled by customers.
